Summit is located on Highway 168 just 65 miles northeast
of Fresno at Huntington Lake in the Sierra National Forest.

website or call (800) 427-ROAD for the most current
road conditions and always carry chains with you when
traveling in the mountains.

From the South
Take Highway 99 North toward Fresno. Merge onto Highway 41 North (in Fresno) toward Yosemite. Merge onto Highway 180 East toward Kings Canyon. Merge onto Highway 168 East toward Clovis/Huntington Lake. Follow Highway 168 to Sierra Summit.
OR
Take Highway 99 North and exit at the first Kingsburg exit (Conejo/Huntington Lake). Exit onto Mendocino Avenue. Turn left onto Adams Street and then turn right onto Academy Avenue. Take Academy Avenue to Highway 168. Turn right on Highway 168 and follow the signs to Huntington Lake.
From the North
Take Highway 99 South toward Fresno. Exit Highway 145
East in Madera at the Millerton Lake exit. Follow Highway
145 to the town of Friant. Head East / left on Friant
Road past Millerton Lake. Head East / left on Auberry
Road to Highway 168. Follow Highway 168 to Sierra Summit.
