We are looking for fun, dedicated and hard-working individuals to fill numerous part-time and full-time winter seasonal positions. As a Sierra Summit team member, you will share your passion for skiing, snowboarding and mountain living with fellow employees and winter guests. All positions at Sierra Summit require personal commitment, responsibility, and enthusiasm. Housing
Each employee is responsible for his/her own living arrangements. Sierra Summit has a limited number of employee housing spaces available. Rentals are generally more plentiful in the summer and become harder to locate the closer it gets to winter. Costs vary depending on the type of housing. Mountain cabins, full-size homes, condominiums and apartments are all options.
It is recommended that you arrange winter housing well in advance. Most accomodations will require deposits, and if utilities are not included with rent, deposits are also required to establish those services. Many employees find shared housing the best option.
